PEELING LINES
BOX TIPPER

INFEED SYSTEM
The feed into a peeler must be accurately controlled and this can be done in many different ways. Infeed systems are designed and constructed in various sizes and styles to suit the requirements of a line.
DE-STONER
Product for peeling should always be de-stoned to stop damage being caused to the peeler rollers. Built to order to suit individual requirements.
ROLLER PEELER
Roller peelers constructed in various sizes and styles, carborundum 2 , 3 & 4 meter units and full knife peelers. All built to order to perfectly suit the individual peeling requirement.
INSPECTION
Prior to treatment potato needs to be sorted either manually or automatically using an optical sorter.
TANKS
Tanks control the flow of potato through the line and allow the product to be held prior to another process.
DIP WHEEL
This is the most accurate way of controlling the dipping time of potatoes through a line. The concentration of the solution in the tank can be kept constant when an automatic dosing system is connected.

Fast and accurate weighing with simple bag filling for processed vegetables.
