BATONS

The baton has become one the most popular ways of serving carrot, turnip, swede, celeriac and mooli. We offer two manual cutters, one totally in stainless steel and the FOM semi-automatic unit. After cutting batons can then be passed over a sliver remover to further improve the quality.
