Batch Peeling

Batch peeling is the simple and cost effective way to peel potatoes, carrots, celeriac, swede, beetroot and other root vegetables.  

We start with the B14 at 7kg load capacity for 50kg per day production.

The B28 has a 12kg load capacity and can produce up to 200kg per day.

The B56 has a load capacity of 25 kg  and can produce up to 500 kg an hour.

For small scale production units we have developed the C-P250, which has been designed with a larger door and a loading capacity of up to 30kg, It's suitable for installation in the most demanding of environments.

For medium scale production we offer a the semi-automatic JC-50 this can produce over 1000kg per hour and is usually installed into a processing line.
