The baton has become one the most popular ways of serving carrot, turnip, swede, celeriac and mooli.
We offer two manual cutters; the FO-HBM totally in stainless steel and the FOM semi-automatic unit.
For large scale production we supply the FO-ABM the industry standard semi-automatic baton machine.
After cutting, the batons can be passed over a sliver remover (Deslitherer) to further improve the quality by removing the bits.
