Tomato & Fruit Slicing

The 350 electric produce slicer is designed to slice tomatoes, oranges, peppers and other soft products into multiple slices with a single stroke. It will slice produce up to 3-1/2 inches in diameter. The 350 slicer throat length is 4.25. High-speed reciprocating stainless steel serrated blades cut cleanly with minimum pressure. Comes complete with stainless steel wash guard for safe cleaning of blade assembly. Easy to clean stainless steel construction. Additional blade and pusher inserts can be purchased separately for greater flexibility.

The Tellier Tomato Slicer useS horizontal slicing to avoid leakage of the tomato's juice. It has scalloped blades for easier slicing of soft produce.
