Wedging

We supply the Redco Vollrath Cutter for wedging and slicing. With different cutters and pushers fitted to a standard unit, it can produce 4, 6,8, 10 and 12 section cuts.
The Floor Standing Plugger can also be adapted to produce wedges, with special cutters designed for particular fruits and vegetables
